Permanently delete your FencingVault account and data

You can request account deletion at any time using either method below. We process all deletion requests within 30 days, and most are completed immediately.

Method 1 โ€” Fastest

Delete in the app (immediate)

If you still have the FencingVault app installed and can sign in:

  1. Open FencingVault on your device
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm by typing DELETE

Your account and associated data are removed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at your account address.

Method 2

Email request (within 30 days)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the email address that's on the account:

We respond within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving the request.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed:

Retained for legal/compliance reasons (anonymized or aggregated where possible): transaction records required by tax or accounting law (typically 7 years per US IRS guidance), and any data we are legally required to preserve in connection with a specific legal request. None of this data identifies you.

Linked or shared content

Videos and notes you shared with a coach or parent via Coach Access remain visible to those linked accounts unless they also delete the share. Removing your account revokes future sharing but does not retroactively delete content already in someone else's vault. To request removal of shared content from a specific linked account, include the linked email in your deletion request.
